Teambuilding and Training

The Levels of Teambuilding and Training:

  • Simple Fun Bonding and Support – no objectives or learning angles included. This could be with or without a theme. Generally Whole Staff, Family and Community days fall under this category. Branding can be included, and group size is not a consideration.
  • Simple learning objectives included in activities that stimulate communication, trust and support. This can also be with or without a theme. Staff teambuilding, interdivisional bonding and communication and channel activation would generally fall under this category, which can incorporate large group sizes of varying levels.
  • Mid level learning teambuilding includes training in communication, confidence and creativity. Role allocation, strategizing and planning are often components which contribute to a more challenging day. The facilitator led briefing and final debrief enhances and focuses on the learning outcomes. Small to midlevel group sizes are more appropriate for this level, from Middle management upwards.
  • Higher level training and teambuilding often includes elements of pre and post assessments and customized training modules that focus on specific objectives. Generally group sizes are kept small for maximum interaction between the facilitator and participants to maximize the impact of the training. This level is aimed at specific skills sets and to develop and retain management and staff.
